Can anybody tell me what this bridge is, when and by who it was built and what happened to it?

Trying to ID this Bridge and its history, I think it is between Honker and Spoonbill sites
I have seen pictures like it online at various sites always unnamed.

In the photo below you can see that we are running smoke Generators at the bridge location.

WEBMASTER; It is my opinion that this was not built by any Engineer unit of the 8th Army.
Lessons learned during the war would have resulted in a much sturdier construction
method. A high-level bridge such as Libby or a low-level bridge such as the submersible
Teal Bridge, would have been better suited for this location.

REPLY;
Hello
   I live near the Imjin River.
The bridge construction was started in 1973. And the next year, delayed due to budget problems
The bridge was called Yulkok-bridge
My hometown is just below it
