I used Kens method of enlarging and looking in the backgrounds
At first I thought this picture was of Pobwon Ni until I noticed the cross in the upper right
and the concrete structure, upper left on the hill
Anybody know what village this might be?

I believe that the unknown village is Paju-ri.
The structure to the left I think is a water tank for a compound behind the hill

The only water tower that I can remember was above Camp Beard at Yongjugol
The cross I do not remember.

I believe the hill in the foreground obscures a
second hill where the water tower is located

A picture taken at street level would blend the background together
Making the water tower appear as if on the lower hill

Dirt appears to be arcing up to the middle of the visible water tank
